Customer-Supplied Garments & Third-Party Items
Where customers provide their own clothing, garments, bags, accessories or other
items for printing, embroidery, vinyl application or personalisation, 9 Smiles Printing accepts these items entirely at the customer’s own risk.
9 Smiles Printing will take reasonable care when handling customer-supplied items;
however, we cannot guarantee that every third-party garment or item will be suitable
for the requested process.
We accept no responsibility for damage, discolouration, shrinkage, scorching,
marking, staining, distortion, peeling, tearing, melting, weakening or any other
alteration or damage that may occur to customer-supplied items during the printing,
embroidery, heat-pressing, vinyl application or personalisation process.
This includes, but is not limited to, items that may be unsuitable or incompatible with
heat, pressure, inks, adhesives, embroidery or other production processes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any garments or items supplied are
suitable for the requested personalisation process. Where appropriate, 9 Smiles
Printing may advise that an item appears unsuitable; however, the final decision to
proceed remains with the customer.
By supplying an item to 9 Smiles Printing for personalisation, the customer
acknowledges and accepts these terms.
Where possible, 9 Smiles Printing may carry out a test or advise on suitability;
however, a successful test does not guarantee that the same result will occur on
every garment or item.
We strongly recommend that customers provide spare or replacement items where
the garment or item is particularly valuable, sentimental, delicate or irreplaceable.
